Our delivery costs are calculated by weight at checkout. You'll have the choice of two different options as detailed below:

Orders upto 1.8kg:

Standard Shipping  - £4.00

Express Shipping - £4.50

Orders 1.8kg and over:

Standard Shipping  - £6.00

Express Shipping - £7.00

All orders dispatched via Standard shipping are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded and should arrive within 5-7 working days

All orders dispatched via Express shipping are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded and should arrive within 3-5 working days.

If your order has not arrived within the timescales stated above, please do get in touch with us.

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping details at checkout as we do not accept liability for orders dispatched to the incorrect address due to an error at checkout.


Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please contact us via our contact form.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using our contact form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for goods lost in transit.
